Elena Kagan Tied to Obama’s Birth Certificate

Just when you thought there couldn’t be any more players in the ongoing soap opera over the hunt for President Obama’s original birth certificate and his constitutional eligibility for office, there comes yet another name: Elena Kagan.

Yes, the same Elena Kagan nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House.

Here’s the connection. Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year.

In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court.

A simple search of the high court’s own website reveals Kagan’s name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.

Docket No, 09-724, for instance, comes up with this in the search result:

Clicking on any of the dockets reveals who the original petitioners were, as well as what proceedings and orders were issued in each case. Here’s another docket, with Jamal Kiyemba v. Barack H. Obama.

The fact Kagan handled these cases and is now Obama’s first choice for the high court is raising some eyebrows.

“She was the solicitor general for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural-born citizenship,” notes WND reader Carl Jorgensen of Farmingdale, N.J. “He owes her big time.”

“All of the requests were denied of course,” Jorgensen continued. “They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn’t it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It’s all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense. The USA has finally become the laughing stock of the world. God help and deliver us.”

Make no mistake about it; Elena Kagan wants to ban books. She thinks there is nothing wrong with banning books based on their political content. Period.

That makes her the most dangerous person ever nominated to the Supreme Court and singularly unfit to sit on the court.

It would be one thing if she had simply said this one time. She has said it repeatedly. She has even argued to the United States Supreme Court that political pamphlets could be banned.

As far back as 1996, Kagan argued it might be necessary to ban speech that is offensive to society or to the government!

There are countries that have banned speech that is offensive to the government. The old Soviet Union, Communist China, Iran, Pakistan, Taliban controlled Afghanistan, Cuba, Nazi Germany and other dictatorships. Dictatorships ban speech, not America. But Kagan wants to ban books. I have a better idea, let’s ban Kagan.

Over the last year and a half, so many times we have called on you to step up to fight for our country and once again, we must do that. Kagan must be stopped. Obama may end up as a one term President, but his Supreme Court nominees serve for life! Kagan could easily be there for 30 years. Imagine the damage she could do.

We have all seen the film footage from Nazi Germany, where the Brown Shirts are throwing banned books into the bonfires. Never could I have believed that an American Supreme Court Justice would ever support the banning of books. If we do not stop the Kagan nomination, we will have just such a Supreme Court Justice.

Save America. Stop the Kagan nomination.

In a disturbing revelation for a Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan took millions of dollars from the Saudis as dean of Harvard Law School and a chunk of it reportedly came from 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden.

The bin Laden family has donated millions of dollars to the Ivy League university over the years, including generous endowments for the school’s Islamic law program and others to finance scholarships for students from Muslim countries. The family has a fondness for Harvard because Osama bin Laden’s brother, Abdullah, received a master’s degree from the school in the 1990s and a doctorate in 2000.
When Kagan took over as dean of the law school in 2003, she launched an aggressive and unprecedented fundraising campaign that raked in a whopping $476.5 million, the most lucrative in the law school’s history. Renowned as a prolific fundraiser, Kagan was tapped to head the law school after spending a few years as a professor there when her job in the Clinton White House ended. In addition to the $476.5 million generated by the targeted campaign—dubbed “Setting the Standard”—Kagan helped raise an extra $60 million for the Harvard Law School Fund.

A chunk of the cash came from the Saudis—and probably the bin Ladens—who have bankrolled many key programs at the Cambridge Massachusetts school over the years. In fact, Harvard has accepted so much cash from the bin Ladens that the Cambridge City Council passed a resolution calling upon the university to donate compensation money for victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Harvard officials refused.
Kagan’s Saudi/bin Laden money connection probably served as an inspiration in protecting the Saudi kingdom against a lawsuit for financing the 2001 terror attacks. Thousands of family members of 9/11 victims sued Saudi Arabia and several members of its royal family for actively aiding in financing the attacks through front groups posing as charities. As Solicitor General, Kagan blocked the lawsuit, citing the “potentially significant foreign-relations consequences of subjecting another sovereign state to suit.”

Another skeleton in Kagan’s closet is her financial ties to Goldman Sachs, the global investment firm embroiled in a major fraud scandal. For four years Kagan worked as an “advisor” at the Wall Street titan that donates generously to Democrats. She received a $10,000 annual “stipend” for her advice even though she was quite busy at the time raising money at Harvard and serving as dean of its law school.

A Letter to Our Senators (Please feel free to copy and paste)

President Obama’s nomination of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court is irresponsible. A Supreme Court nominee ought to have significant practical experience as a lawyer or a judge — especially a nominee for the nation’s highest court. She does not have the practical experience as a lawyer or judge interpreting the Constitution of The United States.

I will be paying close attention to this nomination. With looming constitutional battles ranging from Obamacare to illegal immigration, the United States Senate should ensure that only a justice who will strictly interpret the U.S. Constitution is approved. There’s no reason to believe that Ms. Kagan meets this standard. Given the stakes, every U.S. Senator should know that the upcoming vote on Ms. Kagan will be as closely watched as their votes on Obamacare.

Elena Kagan’s nomination came as no great shock. The Obama administration and it’s willing allies in the media are spinning the story that Kagan is just “one of the people.” Nothing could be further from the truth

Kagan was chosen by Obama for a number of reasons. First, she has a very thin paper trail. She has not served as a Judge and her academic writings are limited so, the administration hopes she will fly under the radar.

Second, Obama has chosen someone who is as radical as he is. Remember, Obama wants to transform this country from a right of center country, to a European style socialist country. He knows the congress is going to go from Democratic controlled to either Republican controlled or split evenly. To get much of his agenda enacted or saved, he is going to need control of the judiciary.

In 2001, Obama, not even a US Senator at the time, gave an interview to WBEZ in Chicago. In that interview, he criticized the Warren court, which at the time was the most liberal court this country had ever seen. Obama said:

“The Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and sort of more basic issues of political and economic justice in this society. And to that extent, as radical I think as people tried to characterize the Warren court, it wasn’t that radical. It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers and the Constitution. At least as it’s been interpreted.”

This is what Obama wants in Supreme Court Justices.

Right now, the court is divided, with a minority liberal block consisting of Stevens, Breyer, Ginsburg and Sotomayor. Stevens is retiring. Breyer and Sotomayor are young and healthy, by Supreme Court standards. Ginsburg has had some health problems. By replacing Stevens with Kagan, there will be at least three liberal members on the court for the next 20 years. If Ginsburg were to retire, he could solidify the liberal wing of the court in place for the next 20 years.

The Conservative wing of the court is made of of Chief Justice Roberts, Justices Alito, Thomas and Scalia. Justice Kennedy remains a “swing” vote.

Kennedy and Scalia are both 74. Age is a consideration and if one of them were to leave the court, Obama could have the opportunity to remake a liberal court that would severe our judicial system from all remaining ties to the Constitution.

Kagan must be stopped.

Here is what we need to do.

Our best chance to stop Kagan is in the judiciary committee. We need to contact all of the Republicans on that committee and get them all to vote no. The nomination cannot leave the committee without at least one republican vote.

We need to let them know in no uncertain terms that we do not want Kagan’s nomination voted out of the Judiciary Committee. Time is on our side. If we work now, we can stop her nomination. All it takes is work on our part and some courage from the Republicans in the Senate.

Contrary to the myth that is repeated by certain Republicans, the President is not entitled to his nominee. The role of the Senate is to give advice and consent for that nomination. Their role is also to represent we the people. And we the people do not want this radical leftist to get a life time appointment to the Nation’s highest court.
